Return Policy
• We have a 7-day return policy — you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
1. You receive a damaged product
2. You receive the wrong item
• Returns are not applicable for personalised jewellery, clearance sale items, or products purchased from third-party sellers.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for return.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
• Any shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.
• If promotional/free gifts are not returned with the main item, their value will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Policy
• Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Please note that your bank or payment provider may take extra time to credit the refund.

Replacement & Exchange
• You can request an exchange or replacement within 7 days for damaged or wrong items received.
• Exchange shipping costs (both return & re-shipping) are to be paid by the customer.
• Replacement will be shipped only after the original item is received at our warehouse.

Important Conditions
• A 360° unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of damaged/wrong item claims.
• Any missing products in return packages will be deducted from the refund amount.
• If your PIN code is not eligible for reverse pickup, you may be asked to send the parcel via your own courier service.
