• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 working days.
• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
• Shipping Address: Please enter the correct and complete address with PIN code while placing your order. Once the order is confirmed, the address cannot be changed.
• Shipping Charges:
• Prepaid Orders: ₹100
• COD Orders: ₹200
• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1000 (India only).

• Personalised Orders: Will take longer to process. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, we will ship non-personalised items first.
• Tracking: Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to you. Please track your parcel using the link provided.
• Delays: Aarambh Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, curfews, or festive season rush.

🔄 Return Policy
• Returns are accepted only if:
1. The product is damaged upon arrival
2. A wrong item is received
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims. Without this video, no return, refund, or exchange request will be processed.
• Returns are not applicable for personalised jewellery, clearance sale items, or products purchased from other sellers.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Return Shipping Charges: Paid by the customer.
• Any shipping fee paid during purchase is non-refundable.
• Missing items in returned packages will be deducted from the refund (includes free gifts or promotional items).

💰 Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed only after:
1. The returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse
2. A valid 360° unboxing video has been submitted and approved by our team
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Available for damaged or wrong items, requested within 7 days, with a 360° unboxing video as proof.
• Customer pays shipping charges for both return and replacement.
