1. The product is damaged upon arrival
2. A wrong item is received

\u2022 A 360\u00b0 unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims. Without this video, no return, refund, or exchange request will be processed.
\u2022 Returns are not applicable for personalised jewellery, clearance sale items, or products purchased from other sellers.
\u2022 Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
\u2022 Return Shipping Charges: Paid by the customer.
